Our Major client, a Well-Known German MNC provider of Facility Engineering Services located @ West is now seeking for Experienced Site Architectural Coordinators to join their established firm.

Role: Site Architectural Coordinator x 2
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Possess the ability and experience to Design, Detail, Specify and assist tendering the full range of Architectural packages

Liaise with the client team on design issues.

Be able to administer the Architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from instigation to handover

Assist site personal on technical and coordination issues with sub contractors

Able to solve issues of a technical and coordination nature for both design and site

Posses the ability and experience to quality control products during installation

Posses ability to testing and inspection for all architectural products.



Diploma / Degree holders in Architecture related discipline with 4 to 5 years work experience in both design and construction.
